We also undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance, where we carry out a full external condition survey of a building and offer a planned maintenance programme.
The survey is designed to enable the building owners to make informed decisions relating to the required funding available and the appropriate split between operational maintenance and long-term development/replacement projects.
Areas undertaken include, relamping, slipped and broken roof tile replacement, gutter cleaning/repairs, signage cleaning/erection and re-pointing of ridge tiles.
